This one was created in honor or Idaho's centennial celebration.  We start with pure milk chocolate, whip it until it is light and airy add in a couple of secret ingredients including bits of our lucious butter toffee.  It is then finished off by hand dipping it in either milk or dark chocolate.  Each box comes with 1.5 lbs. of this delectable treat.
