The huckleberry is harvested only in the Rocky Mountains, picked by hand one at a time.  It has a unique tart flavor that mixes incredibly with the spices and seasonings in this locally made BBQ sauce.  Try it on pork, chicken or even beef.  Pair it with a salad topped with the Huckleberry Vinaigrette dressing.
